Organisation
Well, finally the people who will give it a shot....
Esa Marjomaa
He is from Rovaniemi and is a member of the scout group there. He has been in scouting for quite a while already still enjoys it. His ultimate thing in scouting is going to the cottage, away from everything disturbed by nothing. Still a student he has plenty of time to go there and enjoy the silence. Besides his study he is a tutor for the international exchange students and likes showing them around, not that wierd for a tourism student. He also has experience as being a safari guide.

Anna Saastamoinen
Scouting runs in her veins and she has been scout ever since she was still a little girl. Having been to four international jamborees she kinda knows how the international scouting thing works. She is also studying tourism, completely in English and is also a student tutor for international students. Her roots lie in the central part of Finland and she is not an active scout at the moment. A good reason to come along and help organise the Arcic Winter Challenge.

Finn Snaterse
Comes from Ugchelen, for the Dutch easier to pronounce that the Finnish. Member and photographer for the Dutch scouting association. Last winter he has been one of those international students and he was tutored by Anna, wonder why... Having experienced the extreme cold, the Lappish winter and Scouting up north the idea came to get Dutch out there to experience the same and to have an excuse to go into the wilderness.
